We headed to the studios on Mill Street in Leamington Spa to catch up with Harry and Joe, better known as the TikTok duo BOXWAVE. 

They first went viral with Jacob’s health and fitness journey, which has since been featured on Sky Sports, ITV’s This Morning, LBC, and other networks and even made the news in Australia.
