Friday Night Breakfast Club is an independent production, and we aim to present our terms and conditions in a clear and transparent manner for all participants and guests.

Show Specific Terms

• Consent to Appear
  I, the undersigned, consent to appear in the Production as a guest or audience member. I understand that I may be filmed, photographed, and/or recorded during my participation.
• Grant of Rights
  I grant the Production team and its licensees, successors, and assigns the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to:
  • Use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display my appearance, name, voice, image, and performance ("Appearance") in connection with the Production.
  • Include my Appearance in videos, social media content, marketing materials, or any other media formats now known or developed in the future, including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Use my Appearance in perpetuity, although the primary distribution period for social media content is expected to be throughout 2026.
• No Compensation
  I understand that I will receive no monetary compensation for my Appearance. I confirm that my participation is voluntary.
• Representations & Warranties
  I represent that:
  • I have the full right and authority to grant the rights herein.
  • My Appearance does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
  • I consent to the use of any personal information provided for the purposes of the Production.
• Photography & Filming Conditions
  I understand that the Production may include live filming, photography, and sound recording. I agree to comply with the Production’s rules and instructions while on site.
